Thank you for helping to bring our Disney Fairytale wedding to life.  After over 2 years in the planning, Sandra you have truly become a special person in our lives.  Rudby has given us the magical setting and has blown us away. Having 3 days here we really have lived like Cinderella & her Prince, we couldn’t have done that without all of you. Rudby Hall will always hold a special place in out hearts.  We can’t wait to return.

Thank you for everything and making our wedding day the best day of our lives! From the moment we first stepped into Rudby Hall, we fell in love and could not have picked a more amazing venue for our special day.  Sandra, you have been amazing from day one, nothing was ever too much trouble and I never had to worry about a thing.  We hope to be able to come back and visit soon.

We wanted to thank you for a truly lovely Valentines celebration. On our arrival we were warmly welcomed by both Carla and Sandra into a beautiful country home. Our room was both grand and comfortable with all our needs met and beyond. Andrew, our host for the evening, was also very welcoming and made us feel completely comfortable and at home. This feeling was echoed throughout our stay. The food and service we received were excellent and without fault both in the evening and for breakfast in the morning. In short, we have a saying that guides our lives – ‘Making memories’, our visit has certainly generated a wonderful memory of a superb night that could not be beaten. We will definitely be returning and would recommend the hall and the experience to anyone.

I am still basking in the aftermath of my magical 60th birthday celebrations held at Rudby Hall. It was a pleasure to deal with Sandra and Andrew leading up to the event. Along with our guests, we felt hugely looked after and very welcome. The house is grand and cosy at the same time. Quite an achievement.

I would not hesitate in recommending Rudby Hall as a fabulous venue – whatever you are celebrating.

My best ever birthday party and I have had 70 of them! My twin brother and I recently had our birthday celebration at Rudby Hall.  Of my 70 birthdays it was the best ever.  The hall is a superb venue for a private party.  Unlike a conventional 5-star luxury hotel, it becomes yours during your stay. We started on the Friday evening with a family dinner in the intimate and cosy Lounge with a big, open, log fire.  A dozen of us stayed over that night in Rudby Hall’s splendid, beautifully decorated bedrooms.  On the Saturday we had a dinner for 60 odd guests in the Hall’s large Drawing Room, with pre-dinner drinks in the stunning Entrance Hall and Library, with dancing after dinner in the Library and, later, fireworks viewed from the terrace at the front of the house with the North Yorkshire Moors in the background. We occupied 12 of the 13 bedrooms that night.The staff led by Sandra were excellent.  She is the perfect host – really – utterly charming, ever helpful, always available but never in the way.  The food, provided my Andrew and his team from Coghlans at Barningham was some of the best I have tasted in 70 years. I have never seen 60 cleaner plates at the end of each course. The food and drinks were served by highly professional staff with great empathy. The combination of a private and splendid venue, excellent food and friendly and attentive staff (and not forgetting the wine – Andrew’s wine) made this an unforgettable and wonderful birthday for me, my twin brother and all our guests without exception.  Thank you!   I can’t think of a better place for a private party, wedding or similar.

Thank you ! Enjoying Rudby Hall , all ours over the full weekend meant we could relax with complete peace of mind, even with the children being safe thanks to your gated property reserved for us alone.

Truly Wonderful, such an amazing venue. Brilliant people and setting! Thanks for being so accommodating, arriving on the Friday to host our closest friends over dinner, the wedding day itself  wonderful, a fantastic party with a finish on Sunday afternoon brunch meant Rudby Hall was ours for the whole weekend with no other guests there than ours, a fabulous experience! Thank you for everything, you helped make our wedding dream come true!
