“A relaxing evening of fabulous food, fine wine and great company”
We were delighted to host the first sold out Private Dining Club event at Rudby Hall on Friday 18th May 2018.
Guests enjoyed a glass of fizz and canapés on arrival in the Drawing Room and lounge, before being seated in The Library to enjoy a spectacular seven course dining experience. The dishes created by Chef Simon Lilley were created from locally sourced products and guests receives a butler style service from Andrew and his team from Coghlans.
Guests indulged in courses including the chicken terrine and a delicious trio of salmon. Before enjoying the duo of Pork and Beef fillets, palettes were cleansed with spiced Melon and champagne Jelly topped with coriander salsa. A creamy Teesdale Blue panna cotta rolled in walnuts with a roasted apple puree followed the main course, before a trio of fine desserts, coffee and chocolates!
