Rudby Hall itself has a long and proud history, being built originally in 1838 as a Royal Residence to Lady Amelia Cary, the daughter of King William IV, and her husband the 10th Viscount Falklands. Now a Grade II listed building located in the heart of the North York Moors National Park, the original building have been extensively renovated and refurbished over a three year period to create the luxury country house hotel it is today.
With a unique combination of 19th century grandeur, first class facilities and stunning North Yorkshire scenery, Rudby Hall really is a venue of distinction.
Weddings and Civil Partnerships
Since we opened as a private venue in September 2014 we have been working closely with couples and families in order to provide the appropriate venue for their wedding or civil partnership. Our Entrance Room, Drawing Room and Ceremony Room are all licensed for civil ceremonies and we hold QWEST quality venue approval for our wedding services.
Rudby Hall offers luxury and total privacy through the use of your very own country house hotel for your special day. We accommodate up to 120 day guests and up to 150 evening guests for your wedding reception.
