Rudby Hall’s Generous Support for The Prince’s Trust

The owners of Rudby Hall are delighted to announce their generous support for The Prince’s Trust at its prestigious annual business dinner in Newcastle within March.

The renowned fundraising event, which will be attended by hundreds of guests including broadcaster and former cabinet member Michael Portillo as the headline speaker, will help to raise money to support local disadvantaged young people.

Rudby Hall has generously donated a luxurious five-star auction prize for the entire use of the exquisite country mansion with a three-course private dining experience and overnight stay for up to twenty-six guests in all the 13 bedroom suites.

The auction winner will uniquely enjoy the former royal residence built in 1838, including all bedrooms and the extensive grounds which overlook the stunning North York Moors, for an intimate experience with their selected guests.

Established by Prince Charles in 1976, the charity runs a range of training programmes, mentoring support and financial grants to build the confidence and motivation of disadvantaged young people.  Each year The Prince’s Trust works with more than 60,000 young people, with around 80% moving on to employment, education, training and volunteering.

Owner Sandra Johnson, said: “We are honoured to be supporting the incredible work The Prince’s Trust does to support young people, not only in region but also throughout the country.  The annual fundraising dinner is a fantastic celebration of the work the charity does and also a unique opportunity for us to give back to the community.”

The fundraising event will be held at the Hilton Newcastle Gateshead on March 31st 2017.
